Happy February! Download this FREE printable calendar page, start planning your month [ Letter Size + A5 Size ] and keep reading for this month's theme!
I think I'm going to make this month's theme all about remembering to love myself and practicing more self care on a daily basis. It's so easy to forget to take care of yourself when you're busy planning, goal setting and being productive!Don't Forget to LOVE Yourself!
1. Make it a goal to set time aside each day to do something you enjoy or that makes you feel good.
Remember, you can do more than one thing! Reading, meditating, taking baths, exercise or stretching, or maybe spending time on Pinterest. Whatever floats your boat or brightens your day.
2. Take care of your appearance.
I'm all for the no makeup, cozy look, but things can get out of control. If you're someone who is forced to leave the house most days for work, school or other responsibilities then you likely don't have much choice in the matter. Still, it's good to establish routines to help you keep on top of things.
Schedule it if you have to! For example, I think I need to find a shaving sticker for my planner and schedule shaving days, because it is so easy to skip it during the winter. Like I said, things get out of control...
3. You will be able to take better care of others (kids, significant other, fur babies, students...) if you are healthy and happy.
It may be hard to take that time for yourself, but, in the end, you'll be a better you. A better you can do a lot more than a tired, crabby you. Tired, crabby me wants to have a pizza pity party and watch movies all day in my fuzzy socks.
You can use this FREE Calendar to schedule in some "ME TIME" this month! This is a great time to remind yourself of any goals you made for the year and make sure you're sticking to them.
Didn't make any? It's not to late to set some for the rest of the year!
Taking care of yourself and improving your mood will help you be more productive and accomplish all the goals you have for yourself!

I LOVE the monthly calendar page! I love printing a new page for every month and being able to print it again to rewrite things if there have been too many changes (I can't stand cross outs on my calendars...#perfectionist) and yours are the cutest I've found so keep them coming and thank you!
ReplyDeleteI love this calendar idea because the ones you hang on the way are too small or you cannot write on them as easily as these. If I have chores to do one week and don't complete them all, I just move the ones down the start of the next week so I eventually get them done.
